Top Texas Aussies

This morning I went out to feed as usual. The dogs were so excited to see me. I went through my normal routine of turning on water and getting hay for the donkeys. You would have thought I was slower then molasses in summertime the way Topaz was acting. Topaz is usually kind of quiet waiting for me to head to the dog food not this morning. She was running around "talking" and generally encouraging me to get with it. She was hungry and making sure I knew it. So just to tease her I went the opposite way and did another part of my morning chores and all the while she’s there with this look in her eyes as if to say "HELLO" I am starving here.... After a few minutes of teasing her I headed toward her bowl with breakfast for her which she promptly attacked with the upmost of refinement and dignity. I watched while she ate and when she was done would you believe she looked at me and (wait for it...) BURPED! I think she has been taking the wrong food etiquette lessons some where. Not sure how I'll fix that burping problem she sounded like those contests you used to have when you where a kid and you drank a bunch of soda and then tried to see who could burp the loudest or longest. What you never did that? Hmm you need to talk to my big brother then. He'll teach you how it's done!
